Twitter makes you feel like you have your finger on the pulse of your favorite people. Its fun and its interesting and well its great to look at when waiting for something else to happen.
Word has been coming from Craig Owens tweets that the man is suffering from a rather heavy duty sore throat. The interesting thing about this is he has not cancelled nor postponed shows. He has profusely apologized and performed to great reviews.
Today’s tweet suggested that Owens was able to seek medical attention. I wish him a speedy recovery and mega antibiotics.
As mentioned we are very excited to take the massive road trip to Rhode Island to see his new band d.r.u.g.s perform at the Met Cafe. I have heard nothing but stellar reports and the few fan posted videos I have seen show a strong band with a stronger than I’ve given credit for, lead singer.
An announcement was made at Saturdays show in Illinois , that the first full length LP from D.R.U.G.S, is due out in February.
Great news, very excited for this show.
