nothing wrong in my eyes with cutting and pasting as long as we credit the source.
You could even post the link to the actual story which they might even appreciate. More opportunities for traffic towards them.
Theres also nothing wrong with jumbling it around to make it our own and slap our name on it. I mean, how many ways can you tell a story..the quotes are the quotes and we certainly cant change those.
Sometimes though i dont have time to do that-im sure its the same for you.
looking at other blogs, they seem to do pretty much the same, they just credit the source where apropos.
Writing something from scratch is an entirely different gig and usually has nothing to do with news.
I try to bring that to the blog, but the tradeoff is that it does not lend itself to great quantity.
Im simply not talented enough to quickly dash off that kind of content from scratch.
But trolling the web and looking for news is a good way to fill in the holes-nothing wrong with that and im all for continuing to do it.
