This afternoon, while checking some tweets at school, between doing stuff, in the middle of the afternoon, I read this strange one retweeted by the Echo, a small venue I follow:

Conor? Conor who? Conor Felice? There is only one Conor, I mean it could be someone I don’t know, but I only know Conor Oberst…. Could it be?

So I rushed to the Echo website, no mention of Conor Oberst for tonight, just the Felice Brothers, but I thought it was on purpose to avoid a too large crowd, and I had only a few minutes to do this,… yeah, got a ticket!
Now that I think about it, it makes sense, he was playing yesterday in Pioneertown, CA
And tomorrow in Santa Barbara, but there’s no date for today, and each time the Felice Brothers are on the same bill.
So learning in the middle of the afternoon, you’ll go to a ‘secret’ Conor Oberst show in the evening makes you swallow any boring 5 pm meeting at work.
