Now here is the best piece of gossip I’ve heard in awhile…
Chris Brown used eyedrops to fake crying at the BET Awards.
I wonder what is worse:
Fake crying or really crying?
I don’t know but Brown’s career is going nowhere and the only reason I can see for it is because people hate him for beating up Rihanna. Me? I think the dreadful has already happened. I think life is an extended nightmare ended with death. I think Brown and Rihanna don’t really matter to me one way or the other except as they entertain me and Brown is getting to be a good entertainer.
Celebrity gossip is a form of vicarious life: when somebody famous dies, even a Michael Jackson, it deals with the horrors of death without dealing with pain of personal loss (unless you’re a nutcase).
And when Brown beats Rihanna you are dealing with real violence without the repercussions in your personal life. And he isn’t managing to change the story.
