Borrowing a bit of Marilyn Manson camera angles and gimmick Craig Owens new band D.R.U.G.S., just scared the hell out of me with the new video for,
“If You Think This Song Is About You, It Probably Is”.
A great song who’s dowloadable video actually shows boobs. Win!
Mr. Owens sorta looks silly with the red eye makeup and well the bleach blond really isn’t cool on a man of his age but what matters more than these aesthetics is this amazing song.
Wheres the fake smile? Wheres the shucks?
Vocally better than he performed with Chiodos and a band more suited to his style, I see some great things ahead for this band- despite the dumb name.
Mr. Spoon? That’s a cool name
D.R.U.G.S? That’s a pain in the ass to type cuz of the dots and well seriously.. its an attention gimmick that isn’t needed. The band is great despite the dumb name.
So g’head and watch this fantastic maiden voyage. We will be seeing (and speaking) to the band on December 15 unless there is a huge ass snow storm cuz its all the way in PAWTUCKET Rhode Island…wtf?
