Bruce, ASCAP, Connoly? Pick Your poison

Further to our report yesterday that Bruce and ASCAP were suing Connoly’s on West 45th comes word Bruce wants his name removed from the complaint. Apparently ASCAP didn’t tell Bruce they were naming him the complaint.
All Rock NYC has to add is where we started, EH???
