Sunday evening, a coupla hours after the Giants won, I decided to check on Bright Eyes tickets. Not entirely random. An ex, Simone, called to tell me she had forgeten to buy em when they went on sale Saturday and managed to pick up two.
I was, frankly, surprised.
So i went on line and tried for 4 tix and they were available in Orchestra.
Radio City is a 5,000 seater but still, Bright Eyes haven’t toured in three years, it has been announced that this will be their last final tour, and no other concerts except for one at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
I thought it would be an instantaneous sell out.
If Bright Eyes can’t sell out Radio City there is zero hope for Western civilisation. Just FYI
