You had your chance and at 25 cents a song it was the chance of a life time. But a judge in the UK didn’t buy bluebeat.com’s claim they were using a new technology in posting the Beatles re-masters at 25 cents a song without copyright permission.
Owner of bluebeat.com Hank Risan claimed the music was both identical and different to the originals due to “psycho-acoustic simulation”. After everybody stopped laughing themselves sick he took em down.
