This is one we’ve been waiting for for months now. Black Eyed Peas play Madison Square garden Wednesday, February 24th, 2009 and since the following concert is Boston on the Friday they might just slip in one more night.
Will I Am was reported saying how it’ll be an all day affair with backstage cameras streaming onto their websites and a filmed rehersal. “‘Boom Boom Pow’ was an internet song–DJs were using it before we released it. You can’t pretend its 1998 and put your song out and make a video and hope it will get played. You have to go out into the world to make it stick, collaborate with your fans. It’s a new day. It’s new pavement we’re walking on.”
