Seemingly in response to my horror cry at the news of Scottish band The Fratelli’s break-up news emerges now that they are actually
on
hiatus.
According to John Fratelli;
“We have no plans to work together right now. Sometimes things just work out that way.” But he spoke out again on Thursday, April 22 via his Twitter.com blog, to insist the split isn’t permanent.
Fratelli Tweeted, “If someone asked you if you fancy some scrambled eggs and you replied: ‘Not just now,’ that doesn’t mean you’ll never fancy them, does it!”
Now everyone cross your fingers and hope for new material as the band hasnt done a thing since 2008 (which IS a FREAKIN HIATUS)…. just don’t let them break up.
