Its time again for the annual “Idol Gives Back’ show. As far as I can tell the only thing they should be giving back is the brain cells that have died in watching this tripe.
So who’s going to put on a show for charity so that the American people can feel compelled to give?
Elton John, The Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood, Annie Lennox, Jeff Beck, Joss Stone and Mary J. Blige
That is one whacked out lineup
Idol Gives Back” has raised more than $140 million for charities, including Children’s Health Fund, Feeding America, Malaria No More, Save The Children’s U.S. Programs, United Nations Foundations and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Meh,all the best to their efforts. I still have a problem with this whole concept.
