All Time Low: "Forget About It" Reviewed

I remember there was a  time where I LOVED  All Time Low.
Now I remember why.

They released a video for their song "Forget About It".  It's very silly, just the band performing and hanging out and being themselves.  Hundreds of other bands have made videos like this and I haven't enjoyed them nearly as much as this one….  Why?

The band's still been able to maintain their goofy appearance when they're together, because they really are still just kids.  However, they've recently obtained a new maturity that I admire.  They're still wicked silly but something in them has gotten a bit more serious.

The video was fun to watch because they're just being themselves.  It's nice to see that the fame hasn't gone to their heads and they're not afraid to remain young.

As for the song, it's super catchy and still has the same All Time Low quality, yet it's a bit more serious.  Of course it's still party playlist-worthy, but they've gone from bubblegum pop to slightly more meaningful and mature bubblegum pop.  I'm a fan of their new sound and this song is one that I definitely just won't dismiss as a tune that sounds the same as any other.  It's nice to see that they've shaked it up a bit.

This video and song is one I won't forget about.
