Benny told the Times (of London!) “”Yeah, why not. I don’t know if the girls sing anything anymore. I know Frida was recently in the studio. If you can sing, you can sing. It’s not a bad idea actually.”
The sticking point is Agnetha Faltskog, who has gone to great lengths to say how miserable she was during her Abba years, and seems highly unlikely to join a reunion. Benny again: “She didn’t seem unhappy at the time. It’s strange the way that history sometimes becomes rewritten and it becomes the truth.”
