1.We Nah Tek Bad Up Raw – Elephant Man And Beenie Man  – Two titans of dancehall do it clean, with no backing track, they spit it like they mean it like it is a bent out of shape rap and not a reggae rub-a-dub. The two voices rub against each other and the rhythm is in the voice inflections – Grade: A-

2. Vardeldur – Sigur Ros – No, it isn’t quite ambience but it is more ambience than anything else. Maybe melodic indulations.

3.The Needle And The Damage Done – Never has the dissolute ben so poetic – Grade: A+

4. Blossom & Burn – Trash Talk – Impressive piece of nastiness all crashing down about you and Tyler’s second best rap of the year – Grade: B+

5. Over Again – One Direction – Fascinating reworking of “A Team” – Grade: A

6. Rambling Boy – Charlie Haden – Bluegrass, family style – grade: B+

7. Lust For Life – Girls – After tWednesdays performance at LPR, give that man a pizza and a bottole of wine – Grade: A

8.California Slang – NEVER SHOUT NEVER – A real keeper off his newbie, is a sexy speedway of pop – Grade: A-

9. Non State Actor – Soundgarden – I’ve listened to this album a couple of times now and was considering writng a full length review but it really isn’t very much – Grade: B-

10. Amy – Green Day – Musically, it has nothing very much to do with Winehouse but emotionally it is a lovely tribute to the great singer – Grade: A
