Say Anything To Release Three CDs

Say Anything's shenanigans have been escalating for a while.

First off, congratulations to Sherri and Max Bemis for being blessed with a baby girl, Lucy. I can't wait until Sherri has her and we get to see her pretty face. Watching them put together the nursery has been an adorable experience.

Secondly, SA has picked up none other than Adam Siska, formerly of The Academy Is… He's an incredible bassist and I think that the band is going to benefit greatly from this addition. I can't wait to see them live again with this new lineup next time they come around.

Lastly, but by far the most exciting, is that the band will be releasing a collection of remastered and perfected B-Sides and rarities. Titled All My Friends Are Enemies: The Early Rarities, it'll be out on January 22nd. “This release is over ten years in the making and something I’ve been dying to share with kids,” Bemis says. “We have incredible fans who have taken the time to dig for these tracks in the past so I see this as my way of rewarding them for being so awesome and hardcore.” Here is the extensive and wonderful track listing:

This three-disc collection is chock full of songs that have never been heard before, or have only been performed live. I'm super stoked. The first pressing of the release is limited to 5000 physical copies and includes detailed personal essays about the band and each album, written by Bemis. I can't wait to get it- I'm dying to know what those essays say. I'm a huge fan of Say Anything, and this collection is going to be the band's greatest release yet.
