What they appear to be doing is a raffle of sorts, whereby you get extra votes for your school if you friend and participate with Cheggs and Papa Johns, download Taylor's new single and stuff like that. Obviously, the more times you enter, the better are the chances of your school winning. VH-1 will be taping and airing the concert.
There is a list of accredited High Schools and Colleges eligible and if you are not on that list you appear to out of luck.
This is a real smart meeting of artist and account (and audience) and whoever thought it up deserves a great deal of money.

You can get bonus votess for your school by “liking” the official Facebook pages of our partners or by downloading Taylor’s new single through the contest.
We are not able to credit the 5 bonus votes to anyone who has previously downloaded the single, or to anyone who purchases it outside of this site experience. A user must follow the link we provide on the contest site to download the single to be eligible for tracking and crediting those bonus votes to the school they voted for.
