1. When The Ship Comes In – Outernational – I wanted more muscle on the "Future Rock" EP, and I got it off this cover from the Dylan Tribute to benefit Amnesty International. It is a folk song, but the band give it a marshall beat and Miles Solay pushes the wordy lyric to the brink – Grade: A

2. Oh Well, Pt 1 – Billy Gibbons and Co – I have a tix for Yeasayer on the 12th, but I may blow em off and catch ZZ Top at the Beacon instead – Grade: A-

3. So Fly – Elle Varner – Not sure about the voice, but the song is good – Grade: B+

4. Caught With The Meat – Kelis – I love the hook and have gone around spitting it out at people ever since I heard it: "I hate you so much round now" – Grade: A

5. Storms – Fleetwood Mac – Ahem, yes, I did forget that on their last single, Best Coast were covering this Nicks song off Tusk – Grade: B+

6. The Way Of The Fist – Five Finger Death Punch – Best line: "One, two, fuck you" – Grade: A

7. The Dope Show – Marilyn Manson – Should only come out at night – Grade: A-

8. Paradise City – Guns N Roses –  In metal mode, nothing like new metal at all  – Grade: A

9. Bullet – Van Halen – Eddie and crew had a great 2012 till they blew up  – Grade: A

10. Please Me – Tomas Doncker – Bass player steals this funk work out – Grade: A
