1. If – Frank Sinatra – Yes, that "If", the Bread soft rock special is given the ol blue eyes treatment except it was 1974, Frank was nearly 60, and his voice was not the instrument it once was. Still he would always have the phrasing and this is a pretty good (and quite amusingly over sincere) take – Grade: B

2. You Can Get It If You Really Want – Jimmy Cliff – Classic self-help advice from the badass reggae mon – Grade: A

3. Cherry Wine – Nas – Nas intrudes on his own song – Grade: B

4. Blow Me (One Last Kiss) – Pink – Tough ass modern pop, which is mostly ass and less pop – Grade: B

5. Nas Is Like – Nas – Just a reminded that he was young once – Grade: A

6. The Fear – Lily Allen – A little po-faced, lucky the song is good enough – Grade: A

7. Bell Boy – The Who – Better than "Uncle Ernie" – Grade: A

8. Super Rich Kids –   Frank Ocean – OK, maybe its slowness irritates, it gets under your skin eventually – Grade: A-

9. Swing Lo Magellan – Dirty Projectors – Off Songmeanings: "A 9×6 and an 8×7 rectangle have the same circumference (= 30). My boyfriend pointed that out for me (thanks!). Still, not sure if it's significant." Grade: A
