2. Heartbreaker – The Walkmen – Local indie band with the world's blandest name, channels Brian Wilson for a fully formed rock ballad – Grade: A-
3. Please Die – Give Up The Ghost – terrific hardcore screamer that pounds for a little over a minute and then dies – Grade: A-
4. Wild Violets Pretty – Chelle Rose – She sounds like the wife of a country soul rebel – Grade: A
5. That's What's Up – Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeroes – Hippie spiritual – Grade: B+
6. Diet Mountain Dew -Lana Del rey – If this is a deep track, Lana is gonna have nothing but headaches follwing the album – Grade: A-
7. R.A.P. Music – Killer Mike – A religious experience – Grade: A
8. I'm All Yours – Jay Paul, Pitbull – "My mind's free, opposite of Cuba"? That would be Mr. 305. – Grade: B+
9. Living With The Law – Chris Whitley – The late great blues rockers commercial peak… I just saw his daughter at Rockland on Saturday – Grade: A
10. How – Regina Spektor – Is there anybody who can't empathisize with this one? Grade: A+
