I caught about twenty minutes of the Grammy’s combined -Mike Nessing will be providing us with the complete post on it later today. The only thing I enjoyed was the Lady Gaga and Elton Joihn duet on “Speechless”/”Your Song”. A great idea and starring two pros, one young, the other less so, more than able to sell a song.
The twosome share stuff not obvious at first: both keyboard players, both flamboyant, both able to really write a song and last night, despite all the bells and whistles it was an excellent and heartfelt performance that didn’t give an inch.
