We haven't heard from Lady Gaga in what feels like weeks. That's a shock but it is working in her favor. Gaga is like a kitten that's always nipping at your ankles. A major annoyance but you miss her if she disappears.
I think that has been especially true this winter where Madonna did her nothing but favors.
1. Madonna overreacted to GGs nifty nick of "Express Yourself".
2. Madonna released a terrible single.
3. That also sounded enormously dated next to GGs last album.
4. And made Born This Way much less the disappointment it was.
5. Than Madonna slighted her at the Superbowl -it was obvious Gaga should have been there and equally obvious Gaga would have gone.
So suddenly GG looks much better than she has since her "Paparazzi" days.
The icing on the cake is that lady gaga has just reached 20 million followers on Twitter. 20 million? Wow, if each one bought an album… or a ticket for that matter…
So, besides the longest tour in history, I wonder what happens next for Gaga? If the next album is killer, she might actually steal Madonna's throne
