Adam Ant is playing Best Buy October 6th, but if you are in London on Wednesday March 6th, Adam is also playing a charity gig for Proud Galleries. Iconic in his own write, Robert Matheu who we recently mentioned with reference to his taking the first pix of the reunited Beach Boys, is represented both inside and on the cover of the brochure. Hardly a shocker, as Matheu himself noted to rock nyc:"Mick Rock might have shot the '70s but I had it covered after that!"
About the Ant himself, Matheu added: "We were very close back then, I sat with him for a whole eveing at my close friend Bobbie's piano working out Baby Love for the Motown 25 show. I'll bet a lot of people forgot he was that cool then."
