Got a problem with Spotify's software? Wanna talk to a human being? You can't. Perhaps Sherlock Holmes can find a customer service number, I certainly can't.

You can't do that either. No email address.
The best you can hope for is Forums.
Compare this to Ticketmaster, Itunes, Stubhub. Who ever heard of having no customer service… that is ridiculous.
I had a nightmare getting started with Spotify. They could have fixed it with an email, instead I did it myself.
I've had a problem listening to Spotify offline (remember, nyc, I'm in subways a lot) for two days. Forget about it. I am clueless as to how to fix the problem and Spotify won't help.
My home "what's new" doesn't work. I've given up on that -I just don't use it.
Why would Spotify refuse to interact with their clients and help them? They have the audacity to try and place themselves as some form of social network while making it literally impossible to reach them.
Incidentally, I tried to call their nyc office on business once. They are in the same building as Google. Google was simple. I never did get through to Spotify. If they have a number they won't share it.
