Hollywood was a place I expected more from. Sure, the ones who were accepted were wonderful, talented, blahblahblah but I was hoping for unique, raw, unusual, different voices.
Avril and Katy were easily my two favorite guest judges so far(except for Chenoweth of course), and they were funny and honest. I think…and I hate to say it…but I liked this episode. A lot. Easily three of the singers I will actually remember, which is rare. And I know that I’ll remember Katy and Avril.
This episode made me realize why I started watching Idol in the first place- it makes me smile. Great and talented singers, uniquity, and as an aspiring singer, ideas.
