Following, around a month later, in Helen’s footstep’s, I finally got around to listening to what you get if you take one arrogant shin and mix it with a Gnarls Barkley: not very much. Streaming Broken Bells first release on their myspace, I really am not impressed with “The High Road” -it’s like the Shins with an over active backing track. And not prime Shins either. One more time folks: WRITE SONGS NOT BACKING TRACKS. Anyway this sucks. next.
