Holiday Rain, Connecticut’s finest hard rock-folk-psychedelic band are back after years of silence while they plotted. Mike Nessing (his brother plays with the band) forwarded this update from Holiday Rain’s myspace:

Well we finally have a production master for the new lp.The project was finalised over the holidays with help from Aaron Stone.
Aaron was key in the final mastering and editing of the record and has a spiffy rehearsal,music space in Wallingford where the final tweaks were administered.
Along with Matt Galvin,both these individuals were key in helping make Tryst become a reality.
The band has reconvened and will be actively gigging this year and we hope to see some of our long lost friends along the way.
We upped 4 new songs to the player all from the newest lp and hope to see you out and about this coming year.

I am not sure what “upped 4 new songs to the player” and unfortunately can’t get on myspace from home. Unfortunately because I’m hoping it means I can stream their new stuff…
