First came word Sam and Tobey had walked from Spidey 4 movie, leaving producers promising an opening date of 2012 and now it’s been followed by news that the Bono and the Edge composed Broadway bound musical Spiderman Turn Off The Dark -quite possibly the worst name humanly possible, are offering refunds to people who have bought tix.
While the producers promise the production is going forward, I would call it a cardinal Broadway rule (right up there with never invest your own money) to not offer refunds unless you absolute have to.
