The Maine, probably the most generic band on the face of the planet, released the cover art and track listing for their upcoming album Pioneer, which comes out Dec. 6.
I really hope the band is joking. The cover art features a heavily bearded man wearing bright red lipstick. I do think it's whimsical and they're just fooling their fans. There's no way that's actually the cover. At least I hope it's not, cause it most certainly weirded me out.

But I seriously hope that the band is just being funny. If that really is the cover of their album, the band needs to realize that no one's gonna pick up and buy that album if they don't know who "The Maine" is.
