Black Veil Brides, a band from Hollywood, CA, are loud to say the least. ‘Knives and Pens’, a melodic, wonderful, flurry chaos of sound picks you up off your feet and blows you away. Absolutely beautiful singing voice, guitarists who obviously have years of experience, and talented screaming that isn’t just noise, is rare to find nowadays. One of the best metal/gothic bands I’ve heard forever it’s no surprise that they’re now on my playlist.
The ‘Mortician’s Daughter’ is my favorite song by BVB hands down. It takes me by the hand and pulls me along a path of happiness and it tugs at my heart making me think of past times that I miss deeply. Touching and beautiful, it makes me feel whole and satisfied with the world when it’s crashing down.
‘Hello My Hate’ is catchy, fun, and easy to listen to. A mix between old Escape the Fate and a techno band with a dash of uniqueness in there, this song is a pleasant mixture of everything. Something for everyone of different music tastes for all to enjoy.
