4. Summer Hair = Forever Young – The Academy Is… – Their finest moment was an anthem for a time so ephemeral it passes whike you live it.
5. In The Aeroplane Over The Sea – Neutral Milk Hotel – Folk rock from the late 1990s.
6. Changing The Rain – The Horrors – Turning into one of the most seriously underrated albums of the world, this is a pumped up goth opener.
7. Bell – Screaming Females – Cracks that lick even harder live.
8. Hey Hey Hey (We're All Gonna Die) – Jack's Mannequin – The lukemia survivor knows more about it than most people his age.
9. Resilient Bastard – Shellshag – Addictively great rock as written.
