The Odd Future posse have formed a record label and announced their first signing on Friday . A rapper name "Young N*gga. Here is the label's press release:
"Odd Future Records is extremely excited to announce our first official signing, Young Ni**a. While our original intent was not to sign anyone to the label we simply could not pass up the opportunity to sign somebody this talented. Young Ni**a embodies the DIY ethic and persona of Odd Future along with a commercial appeal that transcends demographics."
The first single released on oddfuture.com, is "Come Threw Looking Clean" -produced by Tyler, and it is completely awesome. A dark as hell nursery rhyme and a piece of self promotion with power and verve. Young N**ga has a pot dozed vocal which still is edgy and bothersome and the background track is a by the numbers chamber and still the effect is playful as opposed to Odd Future's shock and awe mental breakdown stuff.
