It was 50 years ago, July 12th, 1962, that the Rolling Stones played their first concert ever…
Gigwise reports that all four Rolling Stones were seen leaving a building on September 8th, 2012, adding fuel to the fire of a 2012 tour.
You have to think that it would be worth upwards of 500M to the band and, depending how long they choose to tour for, could beat out U2's recent tour. And they are the only band who could do it.
But could they do it?
Will this be it?
A couple of questions: the Stones tours ALWAYS promote album, where is the album?
Next, both Richards and Jagger are busy with side projects.
And then what? Jagger will be 69 years old next year, five years later he will be 73 years old. Will the Stones not die but just fade away.
My bet, 2012 is on and I'll be there… but that will be it.
