If a doctor adminsters a drug to you and you die, how responsible is he? That's what we are gonna find out when Dr. Conrad Murray goes on trial in L.A. soon (they are currently in the jury selection process).
Let me save you some time.
They are gonna find him guilty because the world wants to blame somebody else for what MJ did to him.
It is obvious that Murray was an enabler, and a provider, and that was his job but wow, talk about extenuating circumstances. He iwas dealing with one of the most famous and powerful men in the world and he was expected to do his job.
Look at it this way: if I went to a doctor and told him I couldn't sleep, he would provide me witha prescription for sleeping pills. Now take that concept and nth it and you have what Dr. Murray was facing, And MJ was sick, he needed drugs to survive and had been taking them for decades -what about all those other people, or his family, or entourage. Who is fooling who?
And how about AEG Live? They kept on pushing and pushing for 50 concerts at 02 -the harder MJ worked, the harder it was for him to not use drugs.
So who is responsible for MJ's death?
In the end, only one person and it wasn't Conrad Murray.
