Have you ever had an opinion that's really strong, but you'd never express it because everyone thinks otherwise?
All of my friends love the song "Goodnight Moon" by Go Radio. Personally I could never get into it, but I decided to listen to the version they recorded on the John Lennon bus during Warped.
Ew.
I still don't like it. It doesn't sound original. It really just sounds like Mayday Parade- because it's the guy who left Mayday Parade's band. Coincidence? I think not. He hasn't developed his own sound. They kind of are Mayday Parade, just a crappier version. There's not a good part about it because it's generic and just really boring. His voice isn't anything special, musically it's weak, and there's not a single redeeming quality.
When Jason left Mayday Parade, I felt as though he had enough potential to start a new band and make it something really great and new. However, that wasn't the case. He's making the same music as Mayday. It's disappointing and lame.
Go Radio needs to get some originality or stop.
