When it comes to the new Winnie The Pooh reboot from Disney, excited doesn't begin to express my feelings… No, wait a second, yes it does… Anyway, I am still perplexed as to why Keane's "Somewhere Only We Know" is all over the trailer and Zooey and M. isn't anywhere at all. Plus the song is two years old?
Back in the day, I was a huge AA Milne fan and, indeed, hated the cartoons. As a child, I had cut my teeth on "When We Were very Young" and "Now We Are Six", actually graudting to "House On Pooh Corner". Yup, for me Pooh was A SWAN and ALICE wasn't in Wonderland but Christopher's best friend.
50 years later and I am getting over it!
