1. 1 + 1 – Beyonce – The woman has been on fire this month, two terrific singles. This soulful beauty is her best since "Crazy In Love" so needless to say, Beyonce has sent it back to the lab for tweaking and is rush releasing a new single, "Best Thing I Ever Had ". I already hate it.
2. Goblin – Tyler, The Creator – The price of fame, the cost of poverty.
3. John (feat Rick Ross) – Lil Wayne – Promises great thing for the new album, a clever chorus and Weezy's best rap of the year so far.
4. Hypnotico – Jennifer Lopez – Worth noting, Lady Gaga's best song wasn't on the album. It is a variation on "Americano" but she got it right this time.
5. As If We Never Said Goodbye – Glee – The only truly great Glee performance I've heard… Made Chris Colfer an instant superstar in my books.
6. Halloween Pt 1 & 2 – Laura Stevenson And the Cans – Folkie glory from a first rate sophomore album.
7. The Edge Of Glory – Lady Gaga – Written for her late Grandpa it sez here. Surely a mistake somewhere. Exemplifies the kitchen sink stomp stomp stomp synth, disco, kitchen sink, if you don't like that sound wait a second and I'll throw in another ethics of the album.
8. No Rockefeller – Poly Styrene – Lovers rock l vibe and still Poly. Great track.
9. Miss You – The Hold Up – They may be one hit wonders, but that don't mean this ain't the goods. A reggae-pop triumph: "I know you've got issues, so when you go take them with you". Costello coulda written it in 1987.
10. Perform This Way – Weird Al – Where the hell is the video. better than the original. Especially the "for no reason i will sing in French" line.
