Funny how certain songs will remind people of certain events in their lives. English folk band Steelye Span remind me of a particularly virulent hangover one Christmas on the Isle of Jersey just off the coast of England in 1975. It makes me shudder just to think of the flight back home.
I mention this because Steelye Span played their 40th year Anniversary show in London earlier this month and just reading the name Maddy Prior makes my head pound furiously.
