And it begs the question: did you get a soundcheck? Did they pull the plug on your set when they wanted to go on stage? Did they have you beaten up?
If the answer to all of the above is no, what's the beef?
Why do the Pogues have to be their buddies? Isn't it enough they introduced titus to their audience? This after Titus's booking agen requested an opening slot.
The Pogues owe Titus Andronicus exactly what Titus Andronicus owe rock nyc: NOTHING. the only difference is, Patrick is a good guy and gave us an interview any way.
I am not claiming the Pogues aren't assholes… I assume they are. I am saying don't whinge about it, it comes witht he territory.
I can't wait till Titus open for Van Halen.
