3!Oh3 has a moment in the sun with their cd Want. I loved almost every song on that thing but that was it. From there they pretty much tanked and even a brief collaboration with the queen of filth Kesha didn't boost them up again.
Wonder why. As long as there is spring break and beer pong 3oh!3 has a target market. Lets face it this is party fun for middle class white kids plain and simple.
Sean Foreman and Nathan Motte need to step down to the University circuit to claim some of that student loan cash flow or their going to be job hunting very soon. But wait whats this? A last gasp attempt on a really wonderful show.
MTV no less so you know it has nothing to do with music. 3oh!3 will be on Silent Library. A show we loved about a year ago that seems to suddenly have gained some popularity. March 29 the duo will take part in stunts as quietly as possible to score big cash. This is a great college aged show so they're in the right neighborhood but is it wise to be silent when your career is based on sound?
The coolest cat ever Mr Joe Steinhart was on Silent Library. I nearly fell off the chair when I saw that one.
But 3oh!3? Seems sort of pathetic. Its a swan song but a funny one.
