Leessee here, how do I write this for a Yankee audience…
1.English Football is soccer
2. Fulham FC is a Premiere League team (like the Majors in baseball)
3. Fulham is owned by Mohammed Al Fayed -his dad owned Harrods, his brother died with Princess Di.
4. Al Fayed had a statue of Michael Jackson commissioned "the finest performer in the world".
5. Al Fayed wanted it for Harrods but after the same of the store moved in the Craven Cottage, ground zero for Fulham FC.
6. And Fulham's star Rio Ferdinand thinks it's a crap idea and that's kinda hard to deny.
7. Rio tweeted "I'm a huge Jacko fan but why?! Surely there's a long list of players who deserve a statue b4 Jacko.”
