Radios In Heaven – Plain White T’s – Here’s a question, when does an album stop? Is it the last song on the official or the deluxe version. Depends on the song, I figure, this is the last song off the official, a death song, and not a very good one, but absolutely the conclusion of an album – C
Just Like Yesterday – Agnostic Front – And then there is AF, where you could put any song on any album anywhere, more or less. Though they seem to be suffering from nostalgia here… – B-
Old Scars/Future Hearts – All Time Low – A last song just about as terrible as the first song, man these guys sound bad – D+
All The Way – Blues Travellers – A truly awful sound – they are the All Time Low of jam, “love is a thief…” So is boredom – D+
Last Song (For Young) – Cassandra Wilson – Written about Lester Young’s funeral, Billie cut short a European tour for his funeral – C+
After It All – Delta Rae – Yeah, very moving – C
Space Program – Drug Cabin – A quirky and poppy outro – C+
Bottom Of Our Love – Lee Harvey Osmond – Channelling Johnny Cash, or is that Kris Kristofferson, hey maybe Johnny Carson. “I’m lonesome man coming down, all of my lovers have left town… “- B+
Hair Match – The Mountain Goats – A different kind of coming down – – B-
Get Started – Young Fathers – I am still struggling with missing this band last Thursday – A
