Streisand’s “A Star Is Born” was useless. There was nothing to add and no reason to add to Judy Garland’s masterful performance.
HOWEVER
At least she wasn’t Beyonce.
If Clint Eastwood has ever had a worse idea than remaking the classic with Beyonce I have no clue what it is. I am baffled. Greenlighted by Warner Bros, I am going enjoy trashing this one.
