Craigery Owens, who I’ve known, loved, and followed for quite some time now, has released a fake sex tape that turns into an intro to his new song “Sex Life”.
Disturbing?
Yes.
Bizarre?
That too.
At first I only saw it as a way to get attention and provoke people and make the name D.R.U.G.S. one that parents could hate even more.
However, upon further analysis, I found this all to be true- but with a little more.
Beneath the fake video on Owens’ blog, he explains how people are so caught up in things that aren’t important- and that is so genuine.
So yeah, it was a kind of stupid way to get attention and to people who don’t take the time to really understand the thought behind it it’ll look like a cry and a begging wish to get more fans and be “cool”. But they’re just too caught up in things that aren’t important.
The song clip at the end of this …interesting video is catchy, and different from what Owens has done in the past. It shows that he doesn’t always have to scream and use the hardcore tactic that is in his comfort zone. Craig steps out of it and broadens his horizon in this attention-catching tune.
