I’m nervous.
Ive never seen them live. I’m not so sure if they have that stage presence that makes live worth living. I don’t see alot of charisma.
Wait don’t get me wrong Gerard Way-ay ay ay.. pleasant to view but really great voice but does he own a stage?

There are concerts I walk out shaking my head.
Most often these are ‘large’ venue shows of ‘big’ names.
I just cant grab the vibe. I would rather be 40 ft from a gross mosh pit but feel the energy rather than tucked in a comfy seat watching a light show.
Alanis Morrisette, horrible live it was like watching a chick in the high
school gym locker sing into a hairbrush.
No Doubt killed the stage owned the night and took me from a casual fan to a Gwen worshipper.
The Decemberists never even got a shot for a comparison, I cant imagine their older stuff live- and their newer stuff, yeah I can totally see that played out..and it sucks.

On May 5 I will go see My Chem for the first time in my second favorite city in my all time favorite venue.
Right across from Fenway Park home of my favorite baseball team.
