Justice is a mugs game, it suggest a blindfolded equalizer of all things: everything equaling out in the end.
It doesn’t exist.
No, what we want is a sense of fair play, of a little give in the windmills of the gods.

Elliott Smith was murdered.
As we speak, both conclusions are equally valid. Like the cliched quantum cat, he is both murdered and self murderer. Until we know the answer Elliott Smith is lost in existential limbo.
