Usher The New Michael Jackson? Good Luck With That

As long as there has been a Usher, there has been an Usher imagining he can make a move on Michael Jackson’s King Of Pop crown and unable to complete the move.
Nothing really changes.
Here is Usher speaking over the weekend to the Daily Star: “You know, we lost Michael Jackson. A lot of pressure is on me and I don’t mind taking it.in. My tour, I wanted to make sure that you get that type of experience that leaves you saying, ‘OMG.’ The impression that I would like to leave is that this guy is really stepping it up to a level where people can hopefully compare me to people like Michael Jackson. I basically tear myself apart emotionally, energetically, connecting with you and making sure that you enjoy this moment.”
Nobody thinks Usher has the slightest chance of becoming the next MJ.
Here is the case for Usher as MJ:
1. He can dance
2. He can write hit songs.
Here is the case against Usher as MJ
1. He is too black
2. He is too sexually aggressive
3. He doesn’t connect at all with children or middle aged fans.
4. His music doesn’t crossover to a white audience who don’t like hip hop.
