Are Primal Scream the greatest rock band in the UK today? If not, who is better? Manic Street Preachers maybe. Both are coming off fairly crappy albums but, and this is important, Primal Scream are playing their 1991 masterpiece Screamadelica and while on a personal and entirely subjective opinion, I’d prefer Vanishing Point or XTRMNTR, I will certainly ACCEPT.
If Primal Scream should make it to the States at least.
they played on Thursday at the Olympia in London.
