Blaqk Audio, consisting of Davey Havok and Jade Puget from the band AFI, have released a new song. Titled “Down Here”, I was surprised to hear anything new from them. The tune is a bit slower than what I’m used to from them, but it really made me truly listen. Davey’s voice is beyond fitting for a song like this and he adds something no one else really could into the song. It’s so well written and sung with such emotion that it’s genuinely heartfelt. I fell in love with “Down Here” and I believe it’s my favourite Blaqk Audio song.
