Bands like the Doobie Brothers totally got ignored by me back in the day. They were for the keg party bonfire pot smoking burnouts.

So I did myself a favor. I got to be part of one of the coolest musical movements in history AND as an adult I get to rediscover everything I shunned!
The Doobies do not suck. Their new release “World Gone Crazy”, sounds like 30 years ago to me.
Which isnt bad but dit does make me wonder how they can aquire new fans.
Their style really doesnt fit anymore. Im sure the diehard fans are there with their bongs in the air and their Bics swayin in a frenzy, but how is this hitting the new kids?
