A friend of mine is working with the drummer of a HUGE 80s rock band on a project where the drummer is calling up his old friends and bringing them into the studio to re-record acoustic versions of some of the biggest hits of that decade.
AND said drummer has promised to give us an exclusive interview pulling back the curtain in front of the shock and awe (and that’s just the haircuts) 80s.
I am not going to tell you which band till I get the interview (I already blew the Casablanca story by jumping the gun) but believe me you’ll wanna read this so stay tuned.
As for what bands will be acousticised? No idea…
